Unicam

Refund Policy

Last updated 17 October 2026

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every plan starts with a 3-day free trial of Pro. If something isn’t right after you subscribe, here’s how refunds work.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account or the app store where you subscribed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and won’t renew after that. Your footage stays in your own storage.

Refunds for website purchases

• Annual plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first payment or of a renewal.
• Monthly plans: refund of the first monthly payment if you ask within 7 days of it. Later monthly payments aren’t refunded, but you can cancel anytime.
• Add-ons: follow the plan they’re attached to.
• If Unicam can’t work with your camera and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund the current period in full.
• Where your local consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, and are processed by our payment partner.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play’s order history. We’re happy to help if you contact us.

How to ask
